My pay raised $.89 cents, and I'm a "Medicare Benefits Specialist" (Tier 2). We had to pass two tests- one on the tier 2 thing by a score of 92% or greater. I got a 98%. The second one was a phone certification thing. We had to pass two calls in a row in order to officially become a "Tier 2".
Yay! First time in my whole working life that I've actually gotten promoted..
I need to freaking celebrate. Fuck. But I'm moving tomorrow ><>
